This is to confirm that our products are intended for use by adults over the age of 18. When delivering orders, the delivery team may request the civil ID of an adult over the age of 18.

Cancellation/Modification of Orders

If you wish to cancel an order prior to delivery, please send the order number to customer service through the "Contact Us" section of the website 24 hours prior to the delivery date.

Pasha Amoke reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on available quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.

Once an order has been confirmed, you cannot change it. If you wish to change an order, please place a new order and send a message to customer service to cancel the old order to avoid canceling all orders.

Exchanges and Returns

Sold goods are exchanged and returned in accordance with the terms on the Exchanges and Returns page.

Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders based on the pre-selected delivery date.

Just Smoke assumes no responsibility for delayed or non-delivery orders if the registered address or contact number is incorrect. The order will be canceled, and no future orders will be accepted from the account, as it is considered a fake account.

In the event of multiple orders, orders may be delivered simultaneously. This will not change the delivery fee stated in each order. Delivery fees will be charged separately for each order delivered, as stated on the invoice. However, the customer will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total invoice amount for each order.

All orders are processed through the website, and no new product may be delivered unless a new order is created.

Upon receiving the order from the delivery representative, the customer must verify the order and sign the receipt.

The customer has the right to refuse to receive their order if there is an error in the type or quantity. The customer can contact the website administration to re-deliver the correct order without any additional delivery fees, provided that the delivery representative does not receive the entire order.

The customer acknowledges that they are responsible for customs clearance procedures in their country. Just Smoke is not responsible for customs clearance of orders.

The website disclaims any responsibility if the customer does not receive any shipment, and the website will not refund the order amount.

Prices and Product Availability

Prices and product availability on the website are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered. Our website contains a large number of products, and it is possible that, despite our best efforts, some products listed on our website may be incorrectly priced. We will recheck prices as part of our procedures upon receipt of an order. If the correct price of a product is lower than the advertised price, the lower, correct amount will be charged upon delivery. If the correct price of a product is higher than the advertised price, we will notify the customer of the additional amount before sending the order or canceling it and notifying the customer of its cancellation. Just Smoke is not obligated to provide the product at the incorrect advertised price, even after sending an "Order Confirmation" message, and the customer will be notified accordingly.

In some cases, you may be able to add a product to your shopping cart and complete your purchase on the website, but your order is later canceled due to product unavailability. You acknowledge that products may sell quickly and there may be a short period of time after order confirmation and purchase, but the product may be out of stock. You agree that we may cancel your order after you have received the "Order Confirmation" message without penalty or compensation.
