Pasha Smoke guarantees that all flavors and devices available on our website are 100% authentic, with a verification code from the manufacturer for most devices and flavors. We only deal with the exclusive direct agent for each product.
In the event of a defect or manufacturing defect after opening the device, the customer is requested to contact the agent or the manufacturer if the device is under warranty from the manufacturer. Or contact us and explain this with a brief video about the problem or defect within a period not exceeding 24 hours from the date of receipt. Upon confirmation of the defect, we, Pasha Smok, will send you a return policy and deliver the product to the shipping company with all product accessories and the product box.
Consumable accessories such as coils, pods, or disposable vapes are not covered by a warranty.
Note: Ready-made vapes + pods + coils are consumer products and are not covered by any warranty.
Flavors and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged, so please choose carefully and review your order before accepting it.
Our products are subject to a return or exchange policy in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth on this page.
Products ordered by the customer and finally delivered cannot be returned or exchanged.
It is possible to return or exchange the product if it is different or wrong from what the customer ordered, in the same original condition upon delivery, wrapped in the original packaging, and has never been used or opened, within a maximum period of one (1) day only.
The problem must be explained directly and briefly through video, pictures, or both.

The return request must be made within (1) day from the date of receipt, and no request will be considered after the expiry of the period.
In the event of a return or exchange if the product is faulty, the representative fees or shipping company fees will be borne by the city’s website.
When the customer receives the order from the representative, he must confirm the order.
If the customer is contacted to deliver the order and does not receive it from the representative upon arrival, the delivery fee will be charged to him.
Note: Shipping orders are not refundable after delivery to shipping companies to ensure product quality. Please ensure all required orders are complete before completing the payment process.
After shipping the order, the shipment must be received from the shipping company and must not be delayed in receiving it so that it is not returned to the source again. If the receipt is delayed and the customer is contacted to receive the shipment and does not receive it, and the shipment is returned to the source again and the customer requests redelivery, the customer bears the cost of return and shipping again.
